Luxe Home Health operates across multiple service areas, but their previous site treated every visitor the same regardless of location, making it hard for families to find the right care team or understand what was available near them.
We designed a location-first structure so visitors can quickly find the right service area, paired with a calmer, more reassuring visual language suited to a home health audience, and built the site so updating locations and staff is straightforward for the internal team.
Families can now find and contact the right local team in a few clicks, and the internal team can add or update service locations without waiting on a developer.
