Bulk Account Invite Sender
Bulk invite customers is a Shopify app that provides a service to Shopify Shop owners, allowing companies to invite their customers to activate their existing store accounts on the Shopify Shop owner’s new website, with a transactional email. So that we may help you to understand how our technology works, and to allow you to exercise your privacy preferences, we offer this Technology Privacy Policy.
In order to send emails to the customers of Shopify Shop owners, the Shopify API is used (with permission and acceptance from Shopify Shop owners) to collect only relevant Shopify data on the customers of the Shopify Shop owners. Email, first name, and last name are the only personally identifiable pieces of information collected about customers. This information is only kept as long as necessary, and is deleted on a regular basis. No sensitive information, such as credit card information, SIN, bank account information, or otherwise is collected by the Bulk Account Invite Sender. The Bulk Account Invite Sender does not collect payment information from the Shopify Shop owner, but instead uses the Shopify Payments API in order to allow Shopify to bill the Shop Owner, and collects a commission from Shopify on a biweekly basis.

In the case that a purchase is made, but no emails are ever sent, then either a full refund can be granted, or the send can be fixed and re-initiated. This is extremely rare. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds if you are unhappy with the open rate, click rate, or other statistics of the send, so long as the app worked correctly up until the email requests were made. This is because these results are out of the control of the app, and come down to your domain reputation, the quality of your email list, the quality of your email template, and your technical steps taken, such as adding Sendgrid to your SPF records at least 24 hours in advance of the send.
